IORC/AmRuss Int.. My responsibilities for the company include financial management, marketing to both governmental and corporate clients. The company has worked with governmental entities from the national to the local level on 112 successful projects. Over the past 27 years we have worked with 48 of our 100 counties in NC and done many projects in Wisconsin, Michigan, Alaska, Louisiana, Arizona, Florida, Pennsylvania and New York. IOR&C / AmRuss Int. also has done work in most of the countries of the former Soviet Union dating back to the late 80’s and remain active in business in St. Petersburg to date.

1985-2004 Chairman of The Citizens For Support of the Arts: North Carolina Citizens for Support of the Arts is a non-profit corporation established to provide a conduit for the production of documentary and performing arts productions allowing new talent access to the Public Broadcasting forum. NCCSA was also a financial managing partner used to establish the North Carolina Institute of Political Leadership, which has since been certified as its own 501 (c-3) organization.
