Despite our success on the court, it is these relationships that I will remember and cherish for years to come!” — JOEL KITCHEN, OPEN MEN’S , DOLPH SCHAYES MEMORIAL AWARD RECIPIENT

“The first thing that comes to mind when I think about my experience in Chile are the lifelong friendships that I made. I am so happy to have met so many fantastic people, athletes, coaches, staff members, etc., who I now consider as my ‘Maccabi family.’ Being part of a community of Jewish athletes is one of my best choices, but you need to experience it yourself to truly understand what these Games are about. I am so proud to be a part of the Maccabi USA family!” —JILLIAN CARROLL, OPEN WOMEN’S FIELD HOCKEY

“The Pan American Maccabi Games were an unbelievable experience for so many reasons: connecting with fellow Jewish athletes from around the world, carrying the U.S. flag into the Opening Ceremony, and winning gold in Rugby 7s and silver in 15s, building towards the Maccabiah Games in 2017 – all thanks to the amazing Maccabi USA organization!” — DALLEN STANFORD, OPEN MEN’S RUGBY

“The experience of walking in and representing your country at the Opening Ceremony is indescribable and a memory I will forever cherish, but it was simply amazing to be in that stadium with all of the Games’ Jewish athletes from around the world.
