A Soviet youth international, Kriushenko never made the first team at Dinamo Minsk, and spent his playing career in the lower divisions. • After four years as a coach with BATE's reserve team, took charge of the seniors in 2005 and won league titles in 2006 and 2007. • League runner-up as Dinamo Minsk coach in 2008, he moved to Russia and led Sibir Novosibirsk to promotion in his first campaign, and then to the Russian Cup final and the UEFA Europa League play-offs in 2010. • Won a Belarusian Cup with Torpedo Zhodino in 2016 and was named Belarus coach on a temoporary basis on 1 March 2017, coaching Torpedo and the national team in tandem. Petar Hubchev Date of birth: 26 February 1964 Nationality: Bulgarian Playing career: PFC Litex Lovech, PFC Levski Sofia, Hamburger SV, Eintracht Frankfurt Coaching career: PFC Slavia Sofia, Chernomorets Pomorie, PFC Botev Plovdiv, PFC Beroe Stara Zagora • Made debut for Bulgaria while playing in the second tier in a friendly against Greece in 1984, the first of 35 caps. Hubchev was one of the mainstays of the great Bulgaria side that reached the 1994 FIFA World Cup semi-finals. He also played at EURO '96. • Hubchev came through the ranks of Osum Lovech (now known as Litex Lovech). He was a right-back before establishing himself as a central defender. • In 1989 he moved to Levski, winning the league and cup double in 1993 before departing at the end of that year for Hamburg. In 1996 he moved on to Eintracht, helping them back to the Bundesliga. • Hubchev began his coaching career at Eintracht in 2001, and after a six-month stint as head coach at Slavia Sofia in 2005 he returned to Germany for spells with the reserve sides of Eintracht and Wolfsburg. • In 2009 he was back in Bulgaria at Chernomorets Pomorie, guiding the second division side to the cup final in his first season. Following a brief spell at Botev Plovdiv he had four seasons at Beroe Stara Zagora, leading them to the Bulgarian Cup in 2013. Nowadays it is appropriate and entirely justified to talk about the emergence of the foot- ball industry. Basically, modern soccer can be viewed as an international business, since global player trans- fers are made on a regular basis and international professional tournaments are organized. Moreover, soccer leagues may be now rightfully classified as separate commercialized industries. Certain football tournaments perform much better than their competitors in a business sense. In this work, the Russian Premier League in particular is discussed. The aim of the study is to investigate the historic and current issues of Russian soccer, the reasons for their emergence, and the present state. Furthermore, the commercial prospects and possibilities for local football’s business development are inspected. Potential solu- tions to the outlined problems are demonstrated as well.

On 10 July 2018, the Bulgarian coach, Mr Petar Kolev (hereinafter: the Claimant or the coach) and the Kazakh club, FC Irtysh Pavlodar (hereinafter: the Respondent or the club) signed an employment contract (hereinafter: the contract) valid as from the date of signature until 30 December 2020 according to which the coach was employed as “Assistant of the Head Coach of the main team”. 2. Article 3 of the contract provided the following payments, each payable “no later than the first decade of the next month”: 2.1. USD 8,000 as a net monthly salary during the 2018 season; 2.2. USD 10,000 as a net monthly salary as from 1 January 2019. 3.
