WHEREAS, the Board is empowered under Letter of Instruction No' 729' Executive Order (EO) No. 648, Series of I981, as amended by E.O. No' 90, Series of i986, Republic Act No. 7279, and the Local Government Code, as implemented by Executive order No. 72, Series of 1991, to review and ratify land use plans of Independent component and Highly urbanized cities and Metro Manila local government units to ensure their compliance with national standards;

WHEREAS, Pasig City has completed the updating and revision of its Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Zoning Ordinance through the City Development Council and the City Planning and Development Office;

WTIEREES, the Comprehensive Land Use Plan was approved and enacted by the sangguniang Panlungsod through ordinance No. 14, Series of 20I5, titled A Zoning ordinance (zo) for the city of Pxig, Proviciing for the Administratton, Enforceient and Amendment Thereof and for the Repeat of All ordinances in conllict Therewith,, Now otherwise l(nown as the comprehensive I'and and water use Plan and Zoning ordinance of Pasig ctty for 2015-2023;" Incorporating as Integral Part thereof of volume I (comprehensive Land use Plan) and volume III (Sectoral Sludies) oI the Comprehensive land [Jse P]an of Pasig City for 20I 5-2023;
