The State Service Centers provide emergency financial assistance to low-income citizens who are eligible for or in receipt of TANF (Temporary Assistance to Needy Families) Gen- eral Assistance (Adult Population), pregnant women with Medicaid, and children* under Poverty Medicaid (*not Delaware Healthy Children Medicaid).
