GOVERNMENT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed Company / Firm / Registered agency / approved contractor / any other bonafide organization for Scavenging & Security services & Hiring of Staff Car Services (Diesel driven vehicle with commercial license) for the 5 (five) Hospitals namely District Hospital, Chandannagar SD Hospital, Srirampur Walsh Hospital & Srirampur TB Hospital Uttarpara SG Hospital, Arambagh SD Hospital Hooghly, and Hiring of Ambulance services for three rural hospitals namely Dhaniakhali RH, Haripal RH and Khanakul RH of Hooghly for the period of 01.04.2009 to 31.03.2010. Intending participants may obtain further particulars / information in details & the prescribed form will be available from the office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Hooghly at Chinsurah , DRDA Building ,2nd floor , Dist Hooghly , PIN-712101 during 12 noon to 4PM on any working days during the period from 18.02.09 to 25.02.09. Sealed tenders will be received by registered post or speed post at the above address upto 27.02.09 and will be opened on 02.03.2009 for Security & Scavenging Services & on 03.03.2009 for hiring of Staff Cars & hiring of ambulance at 12 noon in the chamber of the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Hooghly in presence of the participants who wish to attend. The CMOH, Hooghly will not be held responsible for the passed delay, if any, in the delivery of the documents or non-receipt of the same. If the office happens to be closed on the date of receipt of the sealed tender documents as specified, the tender documents will be received and opened on the next working day of opening of the office at the same time and venue. The tenderers should submit the tender in the prescribed tender form in duplicate duly authenticated by the Chief Medical Officer of Health , Hooghly , which will be available from the office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health,Hooghly on payment of Rs. 100.00 ( Rupees one hundred) non- refundable through TR Form No-7 under the Head of Account “0070-other Administrative Services-60-other Services -800-Other receipt including Census -013-Receipts on Sale of Tender documents -17 Sale proceeds” at state Bank of India, Chinsurah, Hooghly. Earnest money Rs. 10,000.00 (Rupees Ten thousand) only for Security & Scavenging services and Rs. 5,000.00 (Rupees five thousand) only shall be deposit by demand draft in favour of the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Hooghly. Following documents need to be enclosed along with tender: 1. Credentials of having done same type of job without any adverse reporting in any hospital for at least three years. 2. Valid Trade licence , P.Tax certificate , PAN Card no or IT Clearance Certificate, VAT no or VAT clearance Certificate/Sales Tax Certificate. The tender notice is served as per G.O. No. HF/N/MS/47/W-134/04/1(5) dated 16.02.07 read with No. HF/N/MS/360/W-134/04 dated 25.09.06. The authority reserve the right to reject or cancel any tender at any time without assigning any reason thereof.
