CANCELLATION POLICY All our excursions operate subject to minimum number of passengers being achieved. If these are not met, the excursion may be cancelled, whereby a full refund would be given, but if you wish to cancel a day excursion please note the following:-

If you cancel your day excursion, which incurs costs - ie theatre performance, show or similar, which we have paid in advance for 15 days or more before departure £2.50 per seat cancellation charge applies (remainder refunded or transferred) 14 days or on the day of travel Full cancellation charges apply (ie no refund)

2. If you cancel your day excursion where there are other inclusive costs - ie railway journey, meal, afternoon tea 7 days or more £2.50 per seat cancellation charge applies (remainder refunded or transferred) Within 6 days or on day or travel Full cancellation charges apply (ie no refund)

3. If you cancel your day excursion where there are No Inclusive costs incurred 2 days or more £2.50 per seat cancellation charge applies (remainder refunded or transferred) 1 day before or on the day of travel Full cancellation charges apply (ie no refund)
