California Regulations For Reopening Pools

Disinfection Plan and Oversight • Complete and post the County of San Diego’s required Safe Reopening Plan (Plan). In the Plan, describe how the measures in this guidance document will be met. The plan must be posted onsite at the facility, it does not need to be submitted to the County.

Limit Users Activities Schedule • Ensure proper social distancing is maintained by all pool and spa users that are not part of the same household. Many nudist/naturist websites have a team of moderators to ensure the content complies with the site rules. Naturally, the Naktiv site has it's own rules too.

When somebody posts something which is "non-compliant", there can be cries of "off with his head!" (it's usually a guy posting something inappropriate), or "that must be deleted!". These yells come from the moderators, and also from the site users too. The problem with removing the user account, is that you have now lost the opportunity to educate that user, other people, the public, about nudity. There is always the "final solution" to delete the user account, of course, but unless the person is being especially obnoxious, or divisive, or constantly posting sexual material (for instance), then I think the more positive approach is to point out what is inappropriate and permit the user the opportunity to adapt their behavior.

Faceache is renowned for it's puritan attitudes, whereby FB finds it acceptable to post decapita- tion videos, but constantly censors nudity because it can't differentiate between nudity and sex. According to FB. moderators the one is essentially a synonym for the other. Naktiv is different.

The Naktiv site Mission Statement makes it clear that the site is here to promote naked activities, to encourage people to not be ashamed of their nudity, or anyone else's, to educate society about the naked human body. ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Fla. — Commissioners in St. Lucie County voted Tuesday to officially allow nude sunbathing at a local beach.

A section of Blind Creek Beach Park was designated as a clothing-optional area.

The beach sits just north of the St. Lucie Nuclear Power Plant on Hutchinson Island.

On an average weekday, you might find Parisian Laurent Luft enjoying a swim at the city's Roger Le Gall swim center.

Like many of us, Luft's currently missing his laps in the pool, which is closed due to the corona- virus pandemic and France's lockdown rules.

But unlike many of us, Luft usually swims in the nude.

He's the president of the Association des Naturists de Paris (ANP), the French capital's active naturist group that's been stripping off in the City of Light since 1953.

As well as swimming sans clothing, Luft usually spends his time hosting ANP-organized nude trips to art galleries, sunbathing au naturel in a sheltered spot of Paris' Bois de Vincennes park or arranging other activities such as clothing-optional bowling nights and restaurant outings.

During lockdown, Luft and the Parisian naturist community have gone virtual, establishing nude yoga and cooking classes on YouTube.

Are Naturism and Healthy Living Fully Compatible?

Naturism is a way of life in harmony with nature characterized by the practice of communal nudity with the intention of encouraging self-respect, respect for others and the environment, tells us the International Naturist Federation.

But what does mean healthy living? Eat organic and become vegan? No longer consuming fossil energy? Buy only fair trade products? I would stick to the physical and psychological aspects of a healthy life. To live healthily is thus to live in full health, to the best of one’s form.

Become aware of your body

The path to a healthy life begins with the realization of one’s body sensations and feelings. In this, the naturist often has heightened awareness. When she is stripping at home, at the beach or at the club, the naturist speaks immediately about this sensation of freedom, of well-being. The naturist is a hedonist who appreciates the pleasure of nudity.

Naked, flaws become visible, and you either accept them or puts them on the list of those to be eliminated. This awareness of our physical body and the suppression of the shame that the socie- ty builds through the media, the fitness and fashion industries, and religions and cultural norms are at the heart of the naturist philosophy. This year marks a personal milestone. I will be celebrating my fortieth! Birthday? No, that has long passed! This year is my fortieth anniversary of becoming a Naturist! I did not want this celebration to pass unrecognized, so I asked my husband if we could retrace my steps and go to where I first stripped off and ran into the sea, so I could do it all over again. But as an older lady, I must admit, I did not run as fast as last time!

Four decades ago, I was a staff member on a secondary school exchange, a young French teach- er, staying with the PE teacher and her family at a school in the district of Mayenne. I was invited by my host if to visit their beach house, on the island of Noirmoutier. Prior to the excursion, a conversation took place where it was explained to me that they were Naturists and they asked me if I would feel happy to join them in this activity for a few hours. Now the translation of the word Naturist to a young, naive twenty three year old somehow was missed and I mistook that they were naturalists. I therefore thought that they were going to go sealife or birdwatching, so I agreed. When we arrived at La Pelage De Luzéronde, my host, her husband and their two chil- dren were met by her parents. So, in total, seven of us. A pique-unique had been planned.

To my surprise, after walking round a promontory, and reaching a pleasant spot just around the headland from the village of L’Epine, all six of my French companions stripped off. I was flum- moxed as to what I should do. I decided to strip and run into the sea until I recuperated and got the nerve to join them. My stomach played a big part in this, as they all began tucking into the food so I decided I was not going to miss out on lunch.

The rest is history, literally. I was immediately hooked on this new lifestyle, and socializing. All three generations were completely at ease with their bodies being on view in front of each other, and I became another convert, who sought out British Naturism on her return to the United Kingdom.
