Citibank Online Acquisitions – S$68 Citi Rebate Chinese New Year Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. “Promotion” refers to the “ Online Acquisitions – S$68 Citi Rebate Chinese New Year Promotion”.

2. The qualifying period for this Promotion is from 20 January 2015 to 2 February 2015, both days inclusive ("Qualifying Period").

3. Customer’s accounts must be approved within 30 days from date of application. All account applications must be submitted within Qualifying Period. All applications are subject to Citibank’s approval at its discretion.

4. United States (“U.S.”) Citizens, U.S. Residents, or U.S. Green Card holders are not eligible for this Promotion. A person is a “U.S. Resident” if he is present in the U.S. for more than 31 days in the current calendar year, and for an average of at least 183 days over the current calendar year and the preceding calendar years.

5. List of Citibank products eligible for this Promotion: Citibank InterestPlus Account, Citibank Step-Up Interest Account, Citibank Tap and Save Account, Citibank MaxiSave Account, Citibank Ready Credit Account, Citi PremierMiles Visa Card, Citi PremierMiles American Express Card, Citibank Rewards World MasterCard, Citibank Rewards Visa Signature Card, Citibank Clear Platinum Card, Citibank SMRT Platinum Visa Card, Citibank DIVIDEND World MasterCard, Citibank DIVIDEND Visa Signature Card, Citibank M1 Platinum Visa Card and Citibank Paragon World MasterCard.

6. “Eligible Customers” are defined as: (a) Customers who have submitted an application for any of the eligible Citibank products as set out in paragraph 5 above via Citibank website during the Qualifying Period; AND (b) Customers who have their Citibank /Ready Credit/Savings and Checking Account(s) approved by 4 March 2015 (inclusive). 7. Eligible Customers will be entitled to receive S$68 Citi Rebate (“Premium”) in accordance to the table below:

Successful Applications Compulsory Criteria (i) Customers must not have an existing Citibank (i) 2 Credit Cards + 1 Citibank Ready Credit Card/Ready Credit account, OR Credit Account (ii) Customers must not be upgrading his/her Citibank Or Credit Card to another Citibank Credit Card, OR (ii) 2 Citibank Credit Cards + 1 Citibank (iii) Have closed off any of his/her Citibank Credit Savings and Checking Account for Card/Ready Credit/Saving and Checking account(s) customers with income more than within twelve (12) months prior to the Qualifying S$60,000 per annum Period.

8. The Premium is limited to one (1) Premium per Eligible Customer per NRIC / FIN No. and is non- exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.

9. Subject to these terms and conditions, Eligible Customers who have met the criteria as set out herein will receive a notification sent via Short Message Service (“SMS”) when the Premium has been credited into one of his/her Citibank Credit Card account(s). Citibank will determine which Citibank Credit Card account(s) to credit at its discretion. Citi PremierMiles AMEX Card is not eligible for the Premium. The SMS will be sent within six (6) to eight (8) weeks from the last Citibank product approval date.

10. Citibank reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions governing this Promotion at any time. Citibank’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all customers

11. Eligible Customers of this Promotion are not eligible for the Islandwide Citibank Credit Card Acquisition Promotion, details at www.citibank.com.sg/global_docs/pdf/Online_Acquisition_Promo_TCs.pdf.

12. “Citibank” refers to Citibank Singapore Limited.
