- Advertisement - Tops Friendly Markets fills two leadership roles August 5, 2020 Tops Friendly Markets, a leading full-service grocery retailer in New York, northern Pennsylvania, and Vermont, announced the promotion of Sarah Jaworski to store system support analyst and welcomed Lydia Quebral as merchandising analyst. Jaworski will now serve as a store system support analyst in the company's information technology department. She is responsible for providing first level technology help desk support to all Tops Markets stores. Before coming to the Tops corporate office she worked as an assistant customer service manager then was later promoted to a customer service manager. Jaworski has six years of experience working at various Tops stores, including locations in Cheektowaga, Buffalo, West Seneca, and Williamsville. She is a resident of Hamburg, NY, and holds a degree in veterinary technology from Medaille College. Quebral has recently joined the team as a merchandising analyst in Tops decision support department. She is responsible for providing recommendations on pricing to the category managers and leveraging data when collaborating with other teams. Quebral received her bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2014 and her MBA, also from UB, in 2018. She worked for Crosby’s in merchandising for four years and most recently was employed by Delaware North where she set pricing, determined product mix, and tested new programming at sports venues around the country.
