    2004-05 Headlines June 7, 2005 HEAD COACH MOLLY TUTER NAMES ASSISTANT COACHES Irvine, Calif. -- UC Irvine head women’s basketball coach Molly Tuter announced the hiring of Daniel Prince, Chris Ellis and Leilani Estavan as assistant coaches. “I am very excited to have the opportunity to work with Danny, Chris and Leilani,” Tuter said. “Each of them bring something different to the table that will greatly help us achieve our goals. All of them have proven to me that this team is a priority in their life and they will do whatever is needed to get this program turned around and headed towards a Big West Championship. They have outstanding work ethics and will be excellent role models for our players.” Prince is the founder and former director of BIGGSHOT International, a sports marketing and management company. He has served as an assistant coach for the Love & Basketball exhibition team as well as volunteered at Antelope Valley High School. He graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Law and Society in 1996. Prince was a member of the Gaucho basketball team from 1994-96 and is currently eighth all-time in three-pointers made and attempted. He had 143 three-point attempts in 1996 which is eighth most in a season at UCSB. He started his career at Antelope Valley College where he led the nation in three-pointers with 186 in 1993-94. Following graduation, he played professionally in Mexico, Panama and China. Prince was the MVP of the Jiangsu Tournament in China and was the top-ranked three-point shooter during the South American Club Championships in 2000.
