It was standing room only as bidders arrived from across the country for their chance to own one of five lots from Liskeard, Callington, Launceston and Bude. The Summer and September Property Collective Auctions saw even “ more lots sell in a larger room to accommodate the huge demand. Kivells were most helpful when we viewed the property. The auctioneer was exceptionally professional in conducting the auction. We were very nervous as it was our first property auction and his clear and diligent approach was appreciated. All in all a great experience. Directions: The Guildhall is part of the Town Hall complex. Drivers entering Launceston from the A30 follow signs to the Town Centre. From Western Road follow signs indicating a right turn into Westgate Street for Parking and Town Centre.
