8 Shotley Parish Council

Shotley Parish Council (SPC) is the first tier of local government for Shotley and Shotley Gate, below Babergh District and Suffolk County Councils.

SPC is made up of nine unpaid elected councillors.

It employs several part time staff to achieve a wide range of responsibilities, to improve your environment and quality of life. This includes play areas, allotments, cleaning public spaces, representing your views to other organisations and getting the best out of developments (eg HMS Ganges and the Bathside bay development).
