Sepang International Circuit Head of Operations (Events Marketing) (August 2012- January 2014)

Job scope & Achievements • Responsible for managing events ranging from Grand Prix, Moto GP and daily events, ensuring deadlines, budgets and international standards are adhered to.

• Developed operational support services as products for inbound clients, which resulted to more than RM1 million to the organization for the year 2013. Products that were developed include parking management, medical services, housekeeping services, security services, event production material and international standards of F&B requirements.

• Successfully lead a team of 250 crew including supervisors, executives and temporary crew to deliver operational excellence for the Malaysian Formula One & Malaysian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2011, 2012 & 2013, in areas such: Traffic control, Parking management, Security, Trade and Vending, Hospitality and Signage protocols.

Job scope & Achievements • Responsible for managing all aspects of operations for racing events organized by Sepang Circuit such as the Formula One Grand Prix, Malaysian Motorcycle Grand Prix, Malaysian Super Series, Malaysian Merdeka Millennium Race Sepang 1000 kilometer race. Assisted with preparing budgets and provide periodic progress reports to staff directors for each event project.

• Successfully sold out the trade & vending booths for Malaysian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2011, which contributed RM5 million to the overall revenue. Coordinated all exhibit logistics, (i.e. booth space, staffing, booth services, labor, furnishings, registrations, collateral, etc.) and maintained close communication with the clients occupying the booths.

• Successfully managed all hospitality arrangements providing 5-star hospitality services for clients occupying the corporate suites and customers of the Paddock village.
