MEET YOUR NEW SUPERINTENDENT Sam Jarman was born in Evanston, Wyoming and spent the first year of his life on the family farm in Lyman, Wyoming. The family moved to Provo, Utah where he was raised. He attended schools in Provo and graduated from Provo High School. Jarman and his wife Lydia are the parents of six children.
