1. The Grand Forks Public Health Department does routine inspections of restaurants in Grand Forks twice per year. 2. Inspections are scored according to the number of critical and/or non-critical violations noted at the time of inspection. 3. Critical violations are violations that can directly affect the safety of a food. Non-critical violations are violations that may indirectly affect food safety. For example, food temperature violations are a critical item while a dirty floor is a non-critical item. 4. The inspection is a snapshot of the condition of that establishment at the time of the inspection. Conditions may vary from day to day. 5. Inspection results will be updated on this list twice per year as inspections are completed. 6.
