Well, this was not my favorite of Dean Koontzs books and it was not a horror novel but it was a story I enjoyed very much. If I had to put a label on it, I would call it a farce. That wasnt what I was expecting but it turned out to be a very funny book. He is a baker who works his way up to pastry chef under the tutelage of his father, who is the pastry chef at a resort high in the Colorado Rockies.Also, if you have a clown phobia, you might want to skip this book.
