Craig A. Spencer is a principal of the general partner of Arden Real Estate Partners I & II L.Ps. Fund I that was launched in 2012 with $66 million of equity capital fully invested in 6 properties resulting in a total capitalization of $239 million. Spencer is the President and CEO of The Arden Group, Inc., established in 1989 as a fully integrated real estate company focusing on acquiring, developing and managing high quality real estate assets. The company has purchased and developed more than $2.3 billion of real estate including over 4 million square feet of office buildings, numerous full service hotels encompassing over 3,000 rooms and 3,000+ acres of commercial and residential land. Arden’s asset management group has managed more than $5 billion in assets. In addition to leading Arden, Spencer has participated in several non-real estate ventures including the acquisition and subsequent sale of Admiralty Bank to Royal Bank of Canada in February 2003. Spencer is a licensed attorney who specialized in real estate, banking and bankruptcy law. 2014 media guide 5 FRONT OFFICE PHILADELPHIA SOUL PHILADELPHIA SOUL FRONT OFFICE RON JAWORSKI OWNER After a 17 year distinguished career as an NFL quarterback, Ron Jaworski is coaching football fans on TV with a multiplatform NFL analyst role. His appearances include Sunday NFL Countdown, Monday Night Countdown, NFL Matchup, NFL- branded specials, Mike & Mike in the Morning, Pardon the Interruption, and other platforms and shows throughout the year. ESPN’S Mike Tirico said, “If you made a list of 10 guys on TV in any sport as an analyst who you’d want to have a beverage with and watch a game, he’s [Ron Jaworski] high on that list.” Before switching to his current multiplatform analyst role with ESPN, Jaworski spent five seasons in the booth with Mike Tirico and Jon Gruden as the color commentator for Monday Night Football.. The Los Angeles Rams drafted Jaworski in the second round of the 1973 NFL Draft. After four years with the Rams, Jaworski joined the Philadelphia Eagles in 1977. Today, Jaworski lives in Southern New Jersey and is civically active. Jaworski is committed to the Jaws Youth Playbook, which focuses on a mission to improve the Under head coach Dick Vermeil and behind Jaworski’s ability and held leadership, overall health and wellness of at-risk youth, primarily in the Greater Philadelphia the Eagles advanced to their first-ever berth in a Super Bowl vs. the Oakland region.
