Demarcated parcel area Description and reasons This application includes the applications with reference PDO-FR-A0710-AM01 and PDO-FR-A0710-AM02, submit ted on 7 April 2016 and 12 January 2018, respectively. The following is inserted in chapter I, point IV(2) of the specification after the words ‘16 March 2007’: ‘ 28 September 2011, 11 September 2014, 9 June 2015, 8 June 2016, 23 November 2016 and 15 February 2018, and of its standing committee of 25 March 2014’. The purpose of this amendment is to add the dates on which the competent national authority approved changes to the demarcated parcel area within the geographical area of production. Parcels are demarcated by identifying the parcels within the geographical area of production that are suitable for producing the product covered by the regis tered designation of origin in question. Accordingly, as a r esult of this amendment, a new point (b) has been added -

COMMUNICATION OF APPROVAL OF A STANDARD AMENDMENT ‘Crémant de Bordeaux’ Reference number: PDO-FR-A0488-AM03 Date of communication: 16 January 2019 DESCRIPTION OF AND REASONS FOR THE APPROVED AMENDMENT 1. Demarcated parcel area Description of and reasons for the amendment The dates on which the competent national authority approved the changes to the demarcated parcel area for the ‘Crémant de Bordeaux’ PDO, as shown in the Annex to the specification for the designation, have been updated. Parcels are demarcated by identifying the parcels within the geographical area of production that are suitable for producing the controlled designation of origin in question. The Single Document is not affected by this amendment. 2. Geographical area: editorial amendment Description of and reasons for the amendment Item 1(a) of point IV of the specification has been amended to take account of administrative mergers of municipali ties, without this having any impact on the territory of the production area of the ‘Crémant de Bordeaux’ PDO. The municipalities of Cantenac and Margaux have been removed and the municipality of Margaux-Cantenac has been added. -

Publié au BO du MAA le 1er avril 2021 Cahier des charges de l’appellation d’origine contrôlée « BORDEAUX » Homologué par arrêté du 22 mars 2021, publié au JORF du 30mars 2021 CHAPITRE Ier I. – Nom de l’appellation Seuls peuvent prétendre à l’appellation d’origine contrôlée « Bordeaux », initialement reconnue par le décret du 14 novembre 1936, les vins répondant aux conditions particulières fixées ci-après. II. – Dénominations géographiques et mentions complémentaires 1°- Le nom de l’appellation d’origine contrôlée peut être suivi de la dénomination géographique « Haut- Benauge » pour les vins répondant aux conditions de production fixées pour cette dénomination géographique dans le présent cahier des charges. 2°- Le nom de l’appellation d’origine contrôlée peut être complété par les mentions « clairet » et « claret » pour les vins répondant aux conditions de production fixées pour ces mentions dans le présent cahier des charges. III. – Couleur et types de produit 1°- L’appellation d’origine contrôlée « Bordeaux » est réservée aux vins tranquilles blancs, rosés, ou rouges. 2°- La mention « claret » est réservée aux vins rouges. 3°- La mention « clairet » est réservée aux vins rosés foncés. 4°- La dénomination géographique « Haut-Benauge » est réservée aux vins tranquilles blancs.
