[email protected] 1 INTERNATIONAL CRICKET COUNCIL PLAYER ELIGIBILITY REGULATIONS INTRODUCTION The ICC is the international federation responsible for the global governance of the sport of cricket and the Player Eligibility Regulations (the “Regulations”) are adopted and implemented in order to: (a) clarify the criteria relating to the eligibility of Players to represent National Cricket Federations in International Matches and ICC Events; and (b) provide guidance as to the procedures that need to be followed and documents that need to be produced when applying the qualification criteria set out herein.
