Multiple models have been tried out, ranging from outsourcing specific services (e.g., diagnostics) to various social insurance schemes, but the jury is still out on which is the most successful model. The objective of this discussion would be to review what has worked well versus not in existing PPP models, and identify what will it take to make these work. Outcome would be key success factors for making PPP model work, and identification of specific opportunity areas where such a model can work.
