The Issue

NextGen Healthcare has identified issues in certain NextGen® Ambulatory KBM vital sign templates. In response, we have started a formal review of all NextGen Ambulatory KBM vital sign templates. Here is a list of affected templates and corresponding information to date:

NextGen® 50546 Blank Entries Incorrectly Display on Vital Signs Grid OPH Vital Signs Until this issue is resolved, users Ambulatory should select the incorrect entry in KBM v.8.3 to the grid and then click Remove to v.8.3.7 delete the blank entry from the Vital Signs grid.
