Due to the large number of service agreements, trouble obtaining a couple of signatures and awaiting on some invoices in order to complete the return, by e-mail received December 11, 2011, Larry Deters, the candidate’s business manager applied pursuant to clause 263(1)(b) for an order of the Chief Electoral Officer extending time for a period of one month in which to prepare and file the return. In my opinion, the circumstances make the following authorization necessary. Application of order: This order of the Chief Electoral Officer applies to the following: Extension of time to prepare and file the required Candidate’s Election Expenses Return (Form E-412) of Jaime Garcia, a candidate in the provincial general election held on November 7, 2011, in the constituency of Regina Coronation Park. Exception provided by order: Pursuant to clause 263(3)(a), the Chief Electoral Officer grants the application made on behalf of Jaime Garcia. Specifically, the aforementioned campaign has until the close of business of March 8, 2012 to meet the formal requirements of section 261 of the Act. David A. Due to difficulties obtaining all the information required including some invoices in order to complete the return, by e-mail received December 14, 2011, Liane Dunn-Martel, the candidate’s business manager applied pursuant to clause 263(1)(b) for an order of the Chief Electoral Officer extending time for a period of three weeks in which to prepare and file the return. In my opinion, the circumstances make the following authorization necessary. Application of order: This order of the Chief Electoral Officer applies to the following: Extension of time to prepare and file the required Candidate’s Return of Election Expenses (Form E-412) of Jeanette Wicinski-Dunn a candidate in the provincial general election held on November 7, 2011, in the constituency of Saskatchewan Rivers. Exception provided by order: Pursuant to clause 263(3)(a), the Chief Electoral Officer grants the application made on behalf of Jeanette Wicinski-Dunn. Due to an accident on December 10, 2011 resulting in the hospitalization of the business manager, Gil Pedersen, in order to give time for the business manager to recover and complete the return, the spouse of the candidate’s business manager, on behalf of the candidate’s business manager, applied by e-mail received December 18, 2011 pursuant to clause 263(1)(b) for an order of the Chief Electoral Officer extending time for a period of one month in which to prepare and file the return. In my opinion, the circumstances make the following authorization necessary. Application of order: This order of the Chief Electoral Officer applies to the following: Extension of time to prepare and file the required Candidate’s Return of Election Expenses (Form E-412) of Bernadette Gopher, candidate in the provincial general election held on November 7, 2011, in the constituency of Cut Knife- Turtleford. Exception provided by order: Pursuant to clause 263(3)(a), the Chief Electoral Officer grants the application made on behalf of Bernadette Gopher. Nearly all expenses have been paid but there have been unavoidable delays due to the need to deal with joint expenses under the Joint Agreement with Regina South and still awaiting some invoices and cleared cheques for proof of payment, in order to complete the return, The e-mail received January 13, 2012, Len Andrychuk, pursuant to clause 263(1) (b) for an order of the Chief Electoral Officer extending time for a period of thirty- six days in which to prepare and file the return. In my opinion, the circumstances make the following authorization necessary. Application of order: This order of the Chief Electoral Officer applies to the following: Extension of time to prepare and file the required Candidate’s Return of Election Expenses (Form E-412) of John Nilson, candidate in the provincial general election held on November 7, 2011, in the constituency of Regina Lakeview. Exception provided by order: Pursuant to clause 263(3) (a), the Chief Electoral Officer grants the application made on behalf of John Nilson. Specifically, the aforementioned campaign has until the close of business of March 15, 2012 to meet the formal requirements of section 261 of the Act. David A. Awaiting for an invoice from the Legislative Assembly regarding the use of government cell phone during the election and other payments made have not shown up in final bank statement in order to complete the return, Also both candidate and business manager are away for a large part of January and February 2012. In the e-mail received December 30, 2011, Lois Lamon, pursuant to clause 263(1) (b) for an order of the Chief Electoral Officer requesting an extension of time for a period of three months in which to prepare and file the return. In my opinion, the circumstances make the following authorization necessary. Application of order: This order of the Chief Electoral Officer applies to the following: Extension of time to prepare and file the required Candidate’s Return of Election Expenses (Form E-412) of Andy Iwanchuk, candidate in the provincial general election held on November 7, 2011, in the constituency of Saskatoon Fairview. In my opinion, the circumstances make the following authorization necessary.
