Recipients of the 2013 Pierre de Coubertin Awards and Olympic Academy participants at the MCG.

THANK YOU

On behalf of the Education Commission we extend our sincere appreciation to Gillian Brewster and Maria Cabeliza for their vision in the development of the VOC education programs. The positive feedback and successful delivery of the programs are testament to their countless hours of preparation. We extend our best wishes to Amber Koster, formerly the Sport and Recreation Victoria representative who retired from the commission in February 2014. Amber’s contribution through the Education Commission and in particular to the Active Youth Development Program funded by Sport and Recreation Victoria was invaluable. We wish her every success with her future endeavours. We also extend our best wishes to Mandy Passmore whose outstanding contribution, particularly to the Olympic Academy, will be sorely missed. I would like to also take this opportunity to acknowledge the members of the VOC Education Commission for their remarkable contribution, outstanding support and enthusiasm.
