This joint claim to royalties is for fees collected from satellite carriers during calendar year 2001.

(a) The copyrighted broadcast program CAROLINE IN THE CITY, which is owned by CBS Broadcasting Inc., was the subject ofa primary transmission made by broadcast station WGN-TV (Channel 9), which is licensed to the city of , Illinois, on September 3, 2001, aud was retransmitted by satellite carrier Echostar Satellite Corporation to subscribers located outside that station's local market.

(b) The copyrighted broadcast program CAROLINE IN THE CITY, which is owned by CBS Broadcasting Inc., was the subject ofa primary transmission made by broadcast station WGN-TV (Channel 9), which is licensed to the city of Chicago, Illinois, on September 7, 2001, and was retransmitted by satellite carrier Echostar Satellite Corporation to subscribers located outside that station's local market.

(c) The copyrighted broadcast program PERRY MASON, which is owned by CBS Broadcasting Inc., was the subject ofa primary transmission made by broadcast station KDFW-TV (), which is licensed to the city ofDallas, Texas, on January 2, 2001, and was retransmitted by satellite carrier Satellite Communications Operating Corporation to subscribers located outside that station's local market.

(d) The copyrighted broadcast program CBS 11 NEWS AT 10; which is owned by CBS Mass Media Corp., was the subject ofa primary transmission made by broadcast station KTVT (Channel 11), which is licensed to the city of Fort Worth, Texas, on January 10, 2001 and March 26, 2001, and was retransmitted by satellite carrier Satellite Communications Operating Corporation to subscribers located outside that station's local market.

(e) The copyrighted broadcast program KDKA-TV NEWS AT 6, which is owned by CBS Mass Media Corp., was the subject of a primary transmission made by broadcast station KDKA-TV (Channel 2), which is licensed to the city ofPittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on February 13, 2001 and April 26, 2001, and was retransmitted by satellite carrier

(f) The copyrighted broadcast program THE CBS EVENING NEWS WITH DAN RATHER, which is owned by CBS Worldwide Inc., was the subject of a primary transmission made by broadcast station WCBS-TV (Channel 2), which is licensed to the city ofNew York, New York, on May 14, 2001, and was retransmitted by satellite carrier DirecTV, Inc. to subscribers located outside that station's local market.

(g) The copyrighted broadcast program CHANNEL 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS AT 5, which is owned by CBS Worldwide, Inc., was the subject ofa primary transmission made by broadcast station KPIX-TV (Channel 5), which is licensed to the city of San Francisco, California, on January 8, 2001 and May 8, 2001, and was retransmitted by satellite carrier Satellite Communications Operating Corporation to subscribers located outside that station's local market.

(h) The copyrighted broadcast program 4 NEWS TONIGHT, which is owned by CBS Worldwide Inc., was the subject of a primary transmission made by broadcast station WCCO-TV (Channel 4), which is licensed to the city ofMinneapolis, Minnesot, on April 16, 2001 and June 1, 2001, and was retransmitted by satellite carrier Satellite Communications Operating Corporation to subscribers located outside that station's local market.

(i) The copyrighted broadcast program FlRST NEWS, which is owned by Group W Television Stations, Inc., was the subject ofa primary transmission made by broadcast station KCNC-TV (Channel 4), which is licensed to the city ofDenver, Colorado, on February 9, 2001 and April 5, 2001, and was retransmitted by satellite carrier TV Guide, Inc. to subscribers located outside that station's local market.

(j) The copyrighted broadcast program INSIDE EDITION, which is owned by Inside Edition Inc., was the subject of a primary transmission made by broadcast station WCCO-TV (Channel 4), which is licensed to the city ofMinneapolis, Minnesota, on January 2, 2001, and was retransmitted by satellite carrier Satellite Communications Operating Corporation to subscribers located outside that station's local market.

(k) The copyrighted broadcast program CURTIS COURT, which is owned by King World / CC Inc., was the subject of a primary transmission made by broadcast station KCNC-TV (Channel 4), which is licensed to the city ofDenver, Colorado, on January 2, 2001, and was retransmitted by satellite carrier TV Guide, Inc. to subscribers located outside that station's local market.

(m) The copyrighted broadcast program HOLLYWOOD SQUARES, which is owned by King World Studios West Inc., was the subject of a primary transmission made by broadcast station KCTV (Channel S}, which is licensed to the city of Kansas City, Missouri, on November 11, 2001, and was retransmitted by satellite carrier, Satellite Communications Operating Corporation to subscribers located outside that station's local market.

(n) The copyrighted broadcast program 2 NEWS AT NOON, which is owned by KUTV Holdings, Inc., was the subject of a primary transmission made by broadcast station KUTV (Channel 2), which is licensed to the city of Salt Lake City, Utah, on January 23, 2001 and March 28, 2001, and was retransmitted by satellite carrier Satellite Communications Operating Corporation to subscribers located outside that station's local market.

(o) The copyrighted broadcast program THE ANANDA LEWIS SHOW, which is owned by K.W.M., Inc., was the subject of a primary transmission made by broadcast station KING-TV (Channel 5}, which is licensed to the city of Seattle, Washington, on September 9, 2001, and was retransmitted by satellite carrier Satellite Communications Operating Corporation to subscribers located outside that station's local market.

(p) The copyrighted broadcast program SURVIVOR: AFRICA, which is owned by SURVIVOR PRODUCTIONS LLC, was the subject of a primary transmission made by broadcast station WCBS-TV (Channel 2), which is licensed to the city ofNew York, New York, on October 11, 2001, and was retransmitted by satellite carrier DirecTV, Inc., to subscribers located outside that station's local market.

(q) The copyrighted broadcast program THE SOURCE AWARDS PRE-SHOW, which is owned by United Paramount Network, was the subject of a primary transmission made by broadcast station WSBK-TV (Channel 38), which is licensed to the city of Boston, Massachusetts, on August 29, 2001, and was retransmitted by satellite carrier Echostar Satellite Corporation to subscribers located outside that station's local market.

(r) The copyrighted broadcast program CITY STORIES, which is owned by Viacom Inc., was the subject of a primary transmission made by broadcast station WSBK-TV (Channel 38), which is licensed to the city ofBoston, Massachusetts, on January 13, 2001 and March 24, 2001, and was retransmitted by satellite carrier Echostar Satellite Corporation to subscribers located outside that station's local market.
