At the State level, mental health organization is becoming more complex, with frequent consolidation of diverse programs into an overall State mental health structure, usually within the State Mental Health Authority. An information and communication tool is needed by those con- cerned with planning, organizing, and administering mental health programs.This Mental Health Directory was compiled to meet this need for a ready source of information on programs, personnel, and facilities.lt, encompasses the major programs throughout the United States and lists over 2000 outpatient psy- chiatric clinics and day-night services. Only through the combined efforts of many individuals could this Directory be compiled.Staff of the National Clearinghouse for Mental Health Information had primary responsibility for assembling the information, with the invaluable assistance of the mental health staff in the Regional Offices and the staff of the Office of Biometry. Each of these Sectionsis preceded by an introductory statement concerning the listings in that Section. In addition, there isa listing of mental health associations and of other sources of mental health information. (JOINTLY ADMINISTERED) ORDER APPROVING FALCON V, L.L.C.'S ACQUISITION OF ANADARKO E&P ONSHORE LLC’S INTEREST IN CERTAIN OIL, GAS AND MINERAL INTERESTS Considering the motion of the debtors-in-possession, Falcon V, L.L.C., (“Falcon”) for an order authorizing Falcon’s acquisition of the interest of Anadarko E&P Onshore LLC (“Anadarko”) in certain oil, gas and mineral leases (P-13), the evidence admitted and argument of counsel at a May 14, 2019 hearing, the record of the case and applicable law, IT IS ORDERED that the Debtors are authorized to take all actions necessary to consummate the March 1, 2019 Partial Assignment of Oil, Gas and Mineral Leases (the “Assignment”) by which Anadarko agreed to assign its right, title and interest in and to certain oil, gas and mineral leases in the Port Hudson Field, including the Letter Agreement between Falcon and Anadarko attached to this order as Exhibit 1.     AN INVESTIGATION OF THE MENTAL HOSPITAL BUILDING TYPE Irvin J. Kohler August 1954 Submitted to the faculty of the Department of Architecture, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, in partial fulfillment of masterts thesis study, 1954. FOREWARD This study is concerned with the application of .the disciplines of architecture to the problems of the care and treatment of the mentally ill. I feel that there is sufficient justification to demand the re-thinking of build- ings housing the patient's treatment and living facilities to make them more in keeping with our standards of contem- porary achievements in both architecture and psychiatry. The limitations of such a study were: the study, itself; the personal limitations of the investigator; and the presentation. The gap between architecture and psy- chiatry is tremendous. Each is a field unto itself, but the two must be joined together if there is to be a satisfactory solution to the problems of the mental hospital building type. A great deal of time and research was necessary be- fore the writer could even begin to bridge this gap, due to professional differences in terminology, outlook, and ap- proach. The next limitation was my personal discomfort when I saw the patients illhoused, with very little in their en- vironment to help them retain their individuality and denied the right to facilities for a complete life because of build- ing deficiencies. The last limitation was that the presen- tation of such a study must necessarily be orderly and cata- logue in an organized way what a mental hospital is and needs. However, no such order is in existence in the actual build- ing, and unfortunately this presentation tends to leave the reader with the concept of order in the mental hospital.

    POSTDOCTORAL TRAINING PROGRAMS IN FORENSIC PSYCHOLOGY ACCEPTED FOR EXPERIENCE WAIVER THE AMERICAN BOARD OF FORENSIC PSYCHOLOGY, INC. (ABFP) (REVISED 5/1/2019) ABFP offers waiver of the 5-year requirement for applicants who successfully complete an approved 2000-hour formal postdoctoral training program in forensic psychology. For information regarding the experience waiver and program acceptance, please see the ABFP Experience Waiver and Postdoctoral Training in Forensic Psychology Guidelines, which may be found on the Forensic Psychology page of the ABPP website.
