General Notice MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES No. 381 2002 TARIFFS OF FEES WHICH REGISTERED DENTISTS MAY CHARGE FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RENDERED: MEDICAL AND DENTAL PROFESSIONS ACT, 1993 In terms of section 42(3), it is hereby made known that the Dental Board has, after consultation with the Council for Health and Social Services Professions and with the approval of the Minister ofHealth and Social Services, under section 42(1) ofthe Medical and Dental Professions Act, 1993 (Act No. 21 of 1993), determined the tariffs of fees as set out in the Schedule, which may be charged for professional services rendered by a registered dentist under the said Medical and Dental Professions Act, 1993. Government Notice No. 45 of28 February 2001 is repealed.
