The Arizona Democratic Party (ADP )is seeking a passionate, outgoing, focused, creative, and disciplined Training Manager.

The Training Manager will, in tandem with the ADP Field Director and ADLCC Field Director, craft the ADP Training plans and oversee the implementation and management of these plans in the field. This position will also work with the Organizing Corps 2020 Coach and Staff to ensure effective implementation. The role will cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with all Counties and Legislative Districts along with other Community Organizations. ​This role reports directly to the Field Director and Director of Party Affairs.

Job responsibilities include: ● Work with Party leadership and staff to write and implement ongoing Training plans; ● Oversee the AZ Dem Academy progress, amends as needed, and completion of programming; ● Coordinate and maintain a working relationship with Organizing Corps Coach and Organizers while also assisting in ongoing recruitment for 2nd and 3rd wave; ● Coordinate and oversee the Arizona Training Corps Programming; ● PC and Leadership Trainings are continuing to be held statewide; ● Maintain proper materials for in-field Training and Training Corps programming; ● Ensure database integrity for regular correspondence and reporting; ● Will assist in the creation and execution of the 2020 Coordinated Campaign, aka Arizona plan, Onboarding and Training programming; ● Manage the ADP Toolkit to ensure accuracy, availability and expansion of resources

Minimum requirements and skills include: ● Minimum of two to three years of related Field experience within a state or national committee, political campaign, or non-profit organization; ● Have a clear understanding of how to facilitate training and skill development with various audiences; ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ● Ability and willingness to work long irregular hours including travel in state; ● Experience with small, mid, and large event/project planning. ● Ability to assist in recruitment and outreach with diverse teams throughout all Arizona Counties and Legislative districts.
