Flying Heritage & Combat Armor (FHCAM) | Everett, WA ​ 07/2014 - 09/2020 Collections Manager ● Manage a large collection database consisting of military artifacts, archival material, digital photographs, and library materials using appropriate industry-wide preservation and cataloging standards ● Work closely with donors and accept donations on behalf of the museum ● Act as the museum’s registrar and accession items into the collection while tracking the receipt of items, and maintain all pertinent documentation ● Prepare incoming and outgoing loan paperwork and coordinate artifact shipping ● Plan exhibition activities utilizing Flying Heritage’s collections, leading all installation activities, writing labels, and working with outside companies to create exhibits ● Manage a small budget for the department
