בס"ד The New Yeshiva Gedolah שנת הלימודים תשפ”א - תשפ”ב Opening up in Eretz Yisroel for Foundation As the Rebbe often mentions, and as we are all witnessing, today’s Bochurim have a deep thirst for Emes, authenticity, enjoyable Torah learning and personal connection. We are happy to announce the opening of a new Yeshiva Gedolah for English Speaking Bochurim, filled with a desire to grow and bring out their full potential. Our outstanding staff will be listening, engaging, and individually guiding the Bochurim, providing the perfect conditions for each Talmid to advance in his Chassidus, Avodas Hashem, Torah Learning and self-refinement. Goals Individual focus Our vision is for all members of the staff, the Menahel, Mashpiim and Magidei Shiurim to focus on the personal Matzav of every single Bochur, as the main basis for their Hatzlocho and growth. To this end there will be often one on one friendly chats with Hanholo. Be’ezras Hashem, we are confident that every individual Bochur will enjoy the Yeshiva and immediately feel the warmth, care, respect and sincere faith the Hanholo and Teachers have in him, ensuring a solid basis to bring out their fullest potential. Learning and educational approach We plan on building our Yeshiva on the approach of “Milemato Lemala”. The starting point for development both in learning and in personal areas, will be from the place and from within the individual Bochur. Therefore is it of utmost importance for us to have a personal, open and trusting relationship with each individual bochur. Farbrengens An integral part of Darkei Hachassidus and a Bochurs development and source of inspiration is ongoing and regular Farbrengens. There will be a strong emphasis on lively, warm and impactful Farbrengens with the Mashpiim and special guests. Coming together for mutual encouragement, Sheves Achim Gam Yachad, to discuss ideals and commitment, while tackling real life challenges with open and honest conversations. Bochurim will also meet with their Magidei Shiurim in each subject at least once every two weeks. Gemoro Iyun Rabbi Garbose There will be a Daily Shiur and Shiurim Kloliim. Our goals begin from improving talmidim’s skills and tools for in-depth learning, after foundation of Gemora, Rashi and Tosafos - understanding how to approach the Rishonim and Achronim and how to analyze the Sugya deeply, ultimately picking up Musogim and Yesodos in the wider Sugya in Sha”s. Gemoroh Girsah & Seder Halochoh Rabbi Garbose “Alibah DeHilchoso” Alongside learning the Gemoro leGirsah, we’ll be going through the stages of the main Shitos Harishonim leHalocho, with emphasis on the actual Halachah LeMaaseh (this will be especially applicable for next year’s Maseches Shabbos). Worksheets with Mekoros will be provided for guidance as well as occasional Shiurim to summarize and review. Chassidus Iyun Rabbi Levinger We will be analyzing deeply key concepts in Chassidus, while learning how to understand and “translate” to ourselves the Maamorim and Hemsheichim (Mainly from the Rebbe Rashab). Chassidus Girsah Rabbi Cohen Our goal is to give the Bochur the ability to navigate and understand the structure of the Maamar/Hemshech well, while covering ground and becoming familiar with the language and various concepts in Chassidus. Mainly focusing on Mugehdikeh Maamorim of the Rebbe, as well as of the Friediker Rebbe. Tanya, Torah Ohr/Likkutei Torah Rabbi Levinger These unique Shiurim will show how Chassidus comes alive in every day life and in our inner experience in a personal way. Bochurim will gain ideas and tools for learning Chassidus from a very creative and personal perspective. Specifics Gashmius, Location, Shabbosim etc. The physical needs of the Bochurim will always be provided to the fullest extent and with the highest standards. All efforts are being made to finalize a welcoming location and facility where all Bochurim needs will be met. We are in the process of finalizing an arrangement with a special and unique Chabad English speaking Community in Eretz Yisroel. In relation to Shabbos scheduling - the Yeshiva will have occasional short off Shabbosim (Fri. To Mot”Sh/Sun.), with arranged solutions for Bochurim who wish to stay in Yeshiva. There won’t be the longer Shabbat Chufsha (Thur. to Sun.) in the style of the Israeli Yeshivos. We will also have occasional Shabbosim and other off-grounds experiences together as a Yeshiva, with special visits to the Holy cities of Eretz Yisroel and other trips.
