George W. Bush’s 2000 presidential campaign. Before joining the Bush campaign in 1999, Oliver served in various political, financial and managerial roles in the campaign and congressional offices of Sen. John Ashcroft, Sen. John Danforth, Sen. Kit Bond, Congressman Jim Talent, Congressman Bill Emerson as well as the Missouri Republican Party.
