The Institute, the Municipality and the Department jointly elaborate a "Unitary Plan of interventions" as structured by this convention. The interventions respond to the needs of the Institute by the Municipality to draw up an organic and effective strategy for the redevelopment and enhancement of the areas involved in the recovery plan of the Institute and the urban strategies of the Municipality The convention concerns the development of a Plan recovery of the public housing districts of via Napoli and via Feudo in Maddaloni (Ce), with proposals aimed at the participation of Regional and National Bandios or the development of a project plan for a national level architecture competition. The Institute, the Municipality and the Department jointly elaborate a "Unitary Plan of interventions" as structured by this convention. The Department in particular elaborates proposals on these public interventions considered as priorities: -General report, with the indication of the criteria and implementation rules for the recovery of open spaces, driveway, building structures, public spaces. - Feasibility plan for the architectural and functional recovery of the public housing districts of via Napoli and via Feudo in Maddaloni (Ce) including the following interventions: a-Arrangement of public spaces and areas in the built-up areas with attention to public green areas, flooring, urban furnishings; b-Insertion of socio-cultural equipment, childcare services, equipment for sports and leisure activities; c-Study of strategic relationships between urban parts. d-Arrangement of external spaces positioned on the margins of the districts, with particular attention to the equipped green areas (urban gardens), to the vehicular and pedestrian viability, to the car parks; The scientific responsible for the execution of the activities covered by the present Protocol are Profs.
