USING THIS PROGRAM BOOK Beginning on page 1, sessions are listed by day and time and alphabetized by Track codes (see below) and by session name. Note that each session is assigned a sequence number. Using the section of the book “Sessions by Program Track” and the sequence number, you can determine the days and times of topic areas of your interest. The Name Index is organized by participant’s last name and provides a sequence number. The meeting day is divided into six blocks of 1 hour and 45 minutes. All sessions observe Eastern Daylight Time. The regular sessions begin at 9 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m., 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., with 15-minute intervals between sessions. Chairs need to make sure their sessions end precisely on time. Other meetings, special events, well-being activities and receptions beginning at 8 a.m., 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. are also listed.
