New York 10580-2996 Re: Rc-tiering of NTD (New T ang Dynasty) New York Channel and Pricing Reduction Dear Mayor French: Please let this letter serve to notice that effective, August 15. 2013, the NTD (New Tang Dynasty) New York Channel will no longer be available in Cablevision·s Chinese package, but will remain available as an a Ia carte service at a reduced price. T he NTD a Ia carte price will be reduced from $9.95 to $4.95. There is no channel change involved. NTD New York Channel will continue to be seen in SO on channel 1151. A digital cable box or CableCard is required. Customers will be notified of the re-ticring through bill messaging. In addition. customers can always find the most CUITent packaging and rate information on Cablevision's consumer website v\oww.optimum.com.
