This season the Blue Streaks posted a 14-4 OAC record to secure to the No. 2 seed the in the conference tournament. Moran will be stepping down and will exits with 14 OAC titles and 12 NCAA Tournament appearances. Dick Reynolds: DeAllen Jackson, Mount Union Mount Union senior guard DeAllen Jackson (Akron, Ohio/Hoban is the recipient of the Dick Reynolds Award. The award is presented to the most outstanding player in the Conference and was established in 2012 in honor of Dick Reynolds for his 40 years of service and dedication as the Otterbein University Men’s Basketball Coach. Jackson finished the regular-season averaging 18.7 points, 6.6 rebounds and 2.7 assists-per-game. He earned OAC Player of the Week honors twice this season and helped the Purple Raiders to the No. 4 seed in the Conference Tournament with a 9-9 OAC record. Freshman-of-the Year: Marcus Dempsey, Muskingum Muskingum forward Marcus Dempsey (Zanesville/Trivalley) is the of the OAC Freshman-of-the-Year Award. The award is presented to the most outstanding freshman player in the Conference and is voted upon by the League coaches. This season, Marsh averaged 16.6 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.4 assists -per-game. He is the second consecutive Muskie to earn this honor.
