As one of the most unpredictable politicians of modern times, businesses, organisations and the public are wondering what a Johnson administration means for them and their external environment. On a recent morning in Manhattan, he spoke of the moment, several years ago, when he decided that the plaza of one of his projects, Hudson Yards—a Doha-like cluster of towers on Manhattan’s West Side—needed a magnificent object at its center.
