Cupid's Arrow ***Official Results*** California Auto Sport Hobbyists Rallye Club Thank you for attending Cupid's Arrow, CASH Rallye Club's skill/gimmick rallye which was held Saturday, February 8, 2014, and which started from the Sepulveda Dam Recreation Center in Encino, with 30 vehicles attending the night of the rallye. All vehicles finished the course. Special thanks to all of the folks who assisted with the rallye: Craig ‘CK’ Konjoyan (1st Checkout, First Timer Workshop & 2nd Checkpoint), Jim Abney (1st Checkout), Rich ‘Evil Elf’ Hillman (2nd Checkout & 1st Checkpoint), Larry Scholnick (2nd Checkout, 1st & 3rd Checkpoints), and Julie Miller (overall assistance, Registration Table, Flyer, 2nd & 3rd Checkpoints). The results appear below. Scoring is based on the number of traps on the rallye, not the number of questions. The number of points a trap is worth is based on the number of vehicles that miss it, so it is possible to get fewer traps correct and still have a higher score. Beginners & First Timers were scored separately from Advanced Rallyists. To get an idea of which traps were the toughest or easiest, see the graph included with these results. The Answer Profile allows you to see exactly how everyone did. There is a long string of characters in each row. Each “A” indicates a full credit answer, “Z” means no credit, and partial credits are represented in descending order by “B”, “C”, etc. A “+” (if any) indicates BONUS credit for Beginners and First Timers on some traps (an “*” means some BONUS credit, but not as much as “+”). The Profile is arranged in the order of traps as numbered on the Answers and Explanations. Congratulations to all winners! Special congratulations to Warren Usui, Ira Shulman, and David Smallberg, who finished with a perfect score! We will contact winners to make arrangements for getting your award. T = Trophy. N = Non-Competitive.
