BEAR MOUNTAIN RESORT GETTING HERE

AIR Located 30 minutes from and five minutes from Sidney, the Victoria International Airport serves daily flights from International Airport and -Tacoma Airport, as well as direct flights from points throughout and the US, including a direct flight from San Francisco via United Airlines.

Regular floatplane and helicopter service to downtown Victoria is available from Vancouver and Seattle.

SEA Victoria is well-connected to mainland and State by vehicle and passenger and high-speed catamarans. Each day, dozens of ferries cross the straits, granting breathtaking views of the rocky coastline, forested islands, inlets and often marine wildlife. DRIVING TO BEAR MOUNTAIN RESORT FROM THE CITY OF VICTORIA From the city centre, continue on Douglas Street as it turns into the Island (Highway #1/ Trans- Canada Highway). Stay on the for approximately 15-20 minutes until you see Exit 14 (Millstream/Langford exit). Take the Exit 14 and stay in the furthest right lane (Highlands) and stay on Millstream Road. You will see Home Depot on your left. Keep driving on Millstream Road until you see Bear Mountain Parkway on your left (just past and opposite All Fun Recreation Park). Follow Bear Mountain Parkway to the resort.

DRIVING TO BEAR MOUNTAIN RESORT FROM BC FERRIES TERMINAL IN SIDNEY After exiting the ferry stay on Highway 17 for approximately 32 kilometers until you see the McKenzie Avenue exit. Turn right onto McKenzie Avenue and continue straight until reaching the Island Highway (Trans-Canada Highway/Highway #1) where you will be making a right hand turn. Continue west on the Island Highway for approximately 24 kilometers until you see Exit 14 (Millstream/Langford exit) where you will be exiting. Take the Exit 14 and stay in the furthest right lane (Highlands) and stay on Millstream Road. You will see Home Depot on your left. Keep driving on Millstream Road until you see Bear Mountain Parkway on your left (just past and opposite All Fun Recreation Park). Follow Bear Mountain Parkway to the resort.

DRIVING TO BEAR MOUNTAIN RESORT FROM VICTORIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT After leaving the airport take the exit road for one kilometer until you reach the stop sign. Take a quick left on McTavish Road and a quick right onto Highway 17 (Pat Bay Highway). Stay on Highway 17 for approximately 32 kilometres until you see the McKenzie Avenue exit. Turn right onto McKenzie Avenue continue straight until reaching the Trans-Canada Highway (Highway #1) where you will be making a right hand turn. Continue west on the Island Highway for approximately 24 kilometres until you see Exit 14 (Millstream/Langford exit) where you will be exiting. Take the Exit 14 and stay in the furthest right lane (Highlands) and stay on Millstream Road. You will see Home Depot on your left. Keep driving on Millstream Road until you see Bear Mountain Parkway on your left (just past and opposite All Fun Recreation Park). Follow Bear Mountain Parkway to the resort.
