The tournament was held in the United Arab Emirates between 17 October and 8 November. The UAE Football Association was looking to hire an IT integrator to plan, execute and manage the IT operations throughout the event in 14 facilities (6 stadiums and 8 hotels) including stadiums, accreditation centers, media centers, media tribunes, commentators and VIP lounges.
