The Universiade Igloo will be stage for the best student figure skating skaters. The Organizing Committee has worked very hard to ensure the success of the figure skating competitions and provide the best possible conditions for all participants. Please always carry these Accreditation cards in the Ice Rink and in the Hotel. Access to various locations will be controlled. LOST ACCREDITATION CARD Lost Accreditation cards must be reported at the Accreditation Department of Winter Universiade Organization Committee and Sport Competition Office and the Venue Management Office at the Ice Rink. TRANSPORTATION One bus lines will be provided to connect the two team hotels to the Ice Rink. Detailed schedules will be published on Organizing Committee website. Hard copies of transportation manual will be given to the delegations. The transportation is available to all accredited skaters, coaches, team leaders and officials. A complete schedule will be posted in the Ice Rink. Special bus transportation for officials and judges staying at the Event Officials Hotel will be arranged from the Hotel to the Ice Rink. COMPETITION SCHEDULE / OFF-ICE SCHEDULE A detailed Time and Practice Schedule together with off-ice schedule (Meetings & Draws) is included in this Information Package for each delegation and also posted at Ice Rink (at the Sport Information Desks). MUSIC REGISTRATION AND PICK-UP All competitors shall deliver competition music of excellent quality on CD or in any other approved format (in accordance with ISU Rule 343, paragraph 1) upon registration at the figure skating Sport Desk in the Main Accreditation Centre on from 31/01/2015 to 02/02/2015, from 03/02/2015, all music should be delivered to Music Desk in the Ice Rink. Music can be picked up at the Sport Information Desk at the Ice Rink 30 minutes following the completion of the last segment of the competition of each category. 27th Winter Universiade 2015 Granada Spain Figure Skating Competition EXHIBITION Skaters who placed 1st – 4th and selected skaters will be expected to take part in the Exhibition on Sunday, February 8 at 19:00. Other skaters/couples will be invited to skate in the Exhibition. The exhibition music, together with the Exhibition Music Form must be given to Music Desk at the Ice Rink. Exhibition practice will take place on Friday, February 6, Saturday February 7 and Sunday, February 8 at Ice Rink. COMMUNICATIONS Communications, results and other information for the Teams/Delegations will be distributed in the teams’ boxes located at the Sports Information desk at the Ice Rink and for the Event Officials in the Technical Panel room and Judges room. PRESS CONFERENCES All press conferences will take place in the Draw & Press Conference room. SKATING LOUNGE Access to the Skating Lounge in the Ice Rink is open to all Accreditation Card holders who have a permission to enter the Skating Lounge. Priority will be given to competitors. Please, do not take food out from the Skating Lounge as its safety cannot be guaranteed if not stored properly! KISS & CRY AREA The Kiss & Cry is designated as a special access area. A pass system will be in place for each skater’s support staff. Four (4) persons maximum will be allowed into the rink with the skater(s). Two (2) of those persons will be given a Green Supplementary Accreditation Card allowing them to be at the boards and in the Kiss & Cry. The two (2) other support persons will be given a Red Supplementary Accreditation Card allowing them into the rink area but not to enter Kiss & Cry area.
