Going green Continued 99.5% of managed waste diverted from landfill recycling 1,850 tonnes and incinerating 1,905 tonnes.

We continued to recycle waste cardboard, glass and paper generated by occupiers. Paper comprises around 60% of our office occupiers’ waste. Occupiers at Broadwalk House and 155 Bishopsgate agreed to a wet and dry recycling scheme, following a successful three-month trial. We also introduced a battery recycling scheme across the estate and trialled food composting at a number of buildings, including 4 Broadgate, 10 Exchange Square, 199 Bishopsgate, Exchange House and 20 retail units.
