The outdoor oven is perfect for making pizzas and meats, maybe for a dinner with friends in the beautiful Umbrian landscape.

The house, finely restored, is perfect to be used as a private dwelling but the presence of inde- pendent accesses on the basement and ground floor would also allow the renting of the lower- floor as a separate unit.
