Home to School Transport If you are over 16 years, you are unlikely to be entitled to free transport, but you can still travel on most contracted school buses / taxis provided by Lancashire County Council (provided places are not already taken by students under 16 years). You can pay a daily fare to the driver or, to save money, you can buy a season ticket.
