Ι. PREAMBLE The financial institution under special liquidation “ATE Leasing S.A. (Under Special Liquidation)” and credit institutions under special liquidation “Achaiki Cooperative Bank Coop.L.L. (Under Special Liquidation)”, “Cooperative Bank of West Macedonia Coop. L.L. (Under Special Liquidation)” and “Cooperative Bank Lamia Coop.L.L. (Under Special Liquidation)” intend to sell and transfer the properties briefly described in the present announcement (the “Properties”), through an e-auction process. For that purpose, PQH Single Special Liquidation S.A. (“PQH”), legally representing the abovementioned institutions under special liquidation, published on May 7th, 2021 a request for proposal, which has been uploaded on its website (https://pqh.gr/en/sales/real-estate/) (the «Request for Proposal»). Brief information for each Property may, also, be found on the website.

ΙΙ. AUCTION PROCEDURE Interested parties are requested to submit to PQH the participation documents, described in the Request for Proposal no later than June 4th 2021, 17:00, Athens time. Following evaluation of the interested parties that have submitted the participation documents, PQH will invite the shortlisted interested parties to submit a binding financial offer, according to the specific provisions of the Request for Proposal.

III. COMMUNICATION-CLARIFICATIONS Interested parties may be granted access to additional information with respect to the Properties, visit the Properties and/or ask for clarifications with respect to the terms of the Request for Proposal, by submitting a relevant request to PQH, by email to the address [email protected], until June 3rd h 2021. For the grant of access to further information, prior execution of a confidentiality agreement by the interested party is required. The language of the process for the sale and transfer of the Properties is the Greek language. For any information with respect to any translation in English, relevant requests shall be submitted by email to the address [email protected].
