Die von der Sport Management Agentur des Golf Club St. Leon-Rot (SMA – Athlete & Sports Management) betreute Athletin notierte auf dem spieltechnisch sehr anspruchsvollen Blue Course von Royal Golf Dar Es Salam Runden von 71, 73, 71 und 73 Schlägen. Mit einem Gesamtergebnis von 288 Schlägen (even Par) hatte Lampert am Ende nur drei Zähler Rückstand auf Jenny Haglund, die ihren ersten Turniererfolg auf der LET feiern konnte. Die 24-jährige Schwedin setzte sich mit einem Birdie am zweiten Extraloch des Stechens gegen Titelverteidigerin Klára Spilková und Sarah Kemp durch. Wie schwierig der Golfplatz zu spielen war, belegt die Tatsache, dass nur vier Spielerinnen nach vier Runden Par unterbieten konnten. Lampert, die bereits vor einigen Wochen mit Platz zwei in Südafrika ihren ersten LET- Titel nur knapp verpasst hatte, zeigte sich mit ihrer Leistung zufrieden. „Das sehr gute Resultat ist eine Bestätigung, dass ich auf dem richtigen Weg bin. Ich muss dran bleiben und weiter hart arbeiten, dann wird es hoffentlich demnächst auch mit dem ersten Turniersieg auf der LET klappen“, sagte sie.

Sin beste plassering på verdensrankingen oppnådde hun i september 2009, da hun lå en uke som nummer to. I mai 2011, etter seieren i Sybase Match Play Championship, rykket hun igjen opp til andreplass på rankingen.[1] Hun har fem seire på Ladies European Tour og åtte på den amerikanske LPGA-touren, heriblant majorturneringen LPGA Championship i 2007. hun trenes av David Leadbetter. Karrieren som amatør Suzann Pettersen begynte å spille golf da hun var seks år gammel og utmerket seg tidlig som et stort golftalent. I 1993 ble hun tildelt Norges Golfforbunds Juniorstipend på kr. 5000. Hun vant British Girls' Open Championship i 1999, World Amateur Championship i 2000 og ble norgesmester fem ganger mellom 1996 og 2000. Hun har dessuten vunnet det norske juniormesterskapet seks ganger. I sin siste sesong som amatør (2000) ble hun beste individuelle spiller i lag-VM, og hun ble nummer tre i det individuelle europamesterskapet. Hun deltok på det europeiske laget i Junior Ryder Cup Matches to ganger.     Policies and Procedures Application Fee The professional registration fee for the LPGA T&CP National Championship is $375 before July 4th/ $400 after July 4th. The registration fee includes three rounds of competition with golf carts, one practice round during the official practice round days, unlimited use of practice facility, an exclusive LPGA player gift package and an invitation to the LPGA Reception. LPGA Eligibility Eligible Players: Except as set forth below, all Master Professional, Class A, Class B, Apprentice, Life, Senior, Class A-2, Class B-2 and Class A-T members, who are in good standing and are not suspended from membership privileges, shall be eligible to play in Membership tournaments. Ineligible Players: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the LPGA T&CP Bylaws, the following members are not eligible to play in Membership tournaments: 1. Honorary, Retired, Affiliate, Inactive and Active Association Tournament Division members; 2. Any member (other than a Class A-T member) who has competed in seven or more LPGA Tour co-sponsored or approved tournaments, Symetra Tour sanctioned tournaments, Legends Tour tournaments or tournaments on any professional tour outside the United States, in each case excluding qualifying tournaments (all of the foregoing collectively referred to as “Counted Tournaments”), in the aggregate, during the twelve months immediately preceding the tournament in which she is seeking entry; and 3. Any Class A-T member who has competed in five or more Counted Tournaments, in the aggregate, during the twelve months immediately preceding the tournament in which she is seeking entry.” The Senior Division includes members who are age 50 and older by the first day of competition.
