Notice that you will also have access to OneDrive, Microsoft’s cloud storage, which each staff member and student has access to. If you do not see OneDrive as a location, you will need to login to the web app version of Outlook and activate your OneDrive account.

Enabling your OneDrive Account

2. Click on “Office 365” in the upper left corner.

3. Click on “OneDrive”. The system will let you know that it is setting up your account. Once complete, you will have access to cloud storage.

Note that you always have access to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote online – anywhere you have a computer, you can access these programs by signing into your account. Just click “Install Now” on your home computer to get all the functionality of Microsoft Products at home. (NOTE: You can only install 5 instances of MS Office from your account)
