(Optional) • Season both sides of the 100% Pork Belly Burgers™ with 1/8 tsp. of black pepper 1 • Add 1/4 oz. of vegetable to flat top/cast iron. • Place seasoned 100% Pork Belly Burgers™ on oiled flat top/cast iron. • Sear for recommended cook time or until a crust is formed. Flip. • Cook until internal temperature reaches 155-157 degrees and let rest, temp will rise to 160.

Gas or Charcoal Grill • Pre-heat grill to 400-450 degrees • Flatten 100% Pork Belly Burgers™ to 3/8”. (Optional) • Season both sides of the 100% Pork Belly Burgers™ with 1/8 tsp. of black pepper. 1 • Place on grill and grill for recommended cook time or until good char is developed. Flip. • Cook until internal temperature reaches 155-157 degrees and let rest, temp will rise to 160.
