Your Sumatran Experience Sumatran are the smallest and most brightly coloured of the six subspecies of tiger - they’re also the most endangered with fewer than 500 left in the wild. Be part of an exclusive group that meet one of our incredible Sumatran tigers behind-the-scenes and join our carnivore keepers as they prepare the day’s behavioural enrichment.

Experience times: 11:45am Fridays and Sundays, approximately 1 hour in duration. Restrictions and important things to know • Group sizes vary from two people to a maximum of four people. • The minimum age for this experience is ten years. If you are under 15 years of age you must be accompanied by a paying adult. • Participants must stay behind boundary lines at all times when behind-the-scenes. Our tigers are not tame and are not able to be handled. • Please ensure that you have read the full Terms and Conditions.
