NTS Michigan State track & field will conclude the 2021 season at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships at the newly renovated Heyward Field in Eugene, Or- FIGHTING ILLINI B1G RELAYS egon from June 9-12. This will be the first outdoor championships since 2019 in April 23-24 // Champaign, Ill. Austin, Texas, due to the cancellation of the 2020 outdoor track & field season. NTS The Spartans are sending eight athletes to Eugene and will have athletes in action all four days. Action begins on Wednesday, June 9 with Wade Walder in the decath- BIG TEN INDIANA INVITE #4 lon. Trevor Stephenson will be competing in his first NCAA Championship beginning on Wednesday, June 9 at 8:30 p.m. ET. Sophia Franklin returns to the NCAA Championships for the first time since 2018. The reigning Big Ten Outdoor Champion will be in action on Thursday, June 10 at 7 p.m. ET. 4 | THE TRADITION LIVES ON Wade Walder will keep the Michigan State decathlon tradition alive.
