Go to www.themarsden.co.uk and in the top right corner click on the ‘eSavings login’ button. 2. You will then be taken to a ‘Welcome to Marsden Online page, where it will ask you to input the following information: Username: Your existing customer ID (this is your existing 6 digit number) Password: Your existing password is case sensitive so please be aware of this when you log in. When you first log in to the new platform When you log in to the new Marsden Online for the first time, you’ll be asked to change your password and memorable information. Your new password should include an uppercase letter, a number and a symbol. You’ll also be asked to change your memorable information. Please be aware, in order to log in, both your updated password and memorable information will need to be different from your current version. If you have any questions, get in touch with our Savings Team on 01282 440500. 3 Marsden Online Resetting your eSavings password After three unsuccessful log in attempts your Marsden Online will lock. In order to unlock your account please contact our Savings Team on 01282 440500 (lines open Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:45pm or Saturday 9:00am – 12 noon). Forgotten your password? If you have forgotten your password, then click the button below for ‘Forgot Password?’ Follow the instructions on screen and click reset password at the bottom; • Enter User ID • One of your registered eSaver account numbers • A new password • Confirm new password • New Memorable Information • Confirm New Memorable Information • Reset Password A reset link and activation code will be sent to your registered email address. If you have any questions, get in touch with our Savings Team on 01282 440500. 4 Marsden Online Forgotten your password (continued) You will then see the screen below; A reset link and activation code will be sent to your registered email address. Once you’ve logged in you’ll be asked to enter two letters of your memorable information in the boxes highlighted Please note: You can’t use any of your previous 3 passwords. However, there is no restriction on history for your memorable information. Problems logging on If you’ve entered the wrong username or password, you will be prompted with the message on the left. Either enter your details again or click on ‘forgot password’ to reset your details. If after several wrong log in attempts, your User ID will be made inactive and you’ll need to get in touch with our Savings Hub Team on 01282 440500* to reactivate your account. Forgotten your username? If you have forgotten your username you will need to call our Savings Team on 01282 440500 (lines open Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:45pm or Saturday 9:00am – 12 noon). They will ask you to answer some security questions prior to confirming your username. If you have any questions, get in touch with our Savings Team on 01282 440500. 5 Marsden Online Navigating your Marsden Online Once you have clicked ‘Log in’ you will have access to your online Marsden eSavings Portal and the page similar to the one below will be displayed – displaying accounts, balances, unread messages and any notifications you may have will be displayed on the right. Viewing account information To see more specific account detail for each of your accounts click on the ‘details’ button on the relevant account. This will take you to more information about transactions etc. Withdrawals To request a withdrawal click on “Transfer” on the relevant account, which will take you to the following screen. Step 1. Select payment type – click next Step 2. Input reference and amount to transfer – Please note: Same day transfers are subject to a click next. £25 Chaps fee Your nominated bank account will already be displayed If you have any questions, get in touch with our Savings Team on 01282 440500. 6 Marsden Online Payment information What are each of these payment methods? Same Day Payment: We offer CHAPs as a same day electronic payment method. In selecting this option, your payment will arrive on the same working day if processed before 3pm. There is a £25 fee for using this payment method. Next Day Payment: This payment will be in your bank by the end of business the following working day. There is no fee for using this payment method. Withdrawals (continued) 3. Check details, enter your Password and press 4. A confirmation will be displayed and any confirm to proceed outstanding requests will be displayed. If the Account requires a Notice period to be served this will be prompted after Step 1 and the date for the transaction will be auto-populated. Please note: There are no eSaver accounts that allow immediate access to funds by paying a penalty. If you have any questions, get in touch with our Savings Team on 01282 440500. 7 Marsden Online Secure message If you need to get in touch with a member of our Savings Team, please send a Secure Message on your account by following the steps below. Please note Marsden Online is set to ‘time out’ after a period of ten minutes which may cause disruption if you need longer to compose your Message. You can get to the Message page by either clicking on Messages (left side) or Open Inbox (top right) This will then take you to the following page – click ‘compose’ to write your message If you have any questions, get in touch with our Savings Team on 01282 440500. 8 Marsden Online Secure message (continued) Select the account your message refers to, or leave as ‘not account related’, enter a subject, your message, and then click ‘send’. Personal Details In the top left hand corner you’ll see your name, if you click this the page will display the up to date contact information we hold for you. If anything changes please click the pen icon next to the relevant detail and update it accordingly. If you have any questions, get in touch with our Savings Team on 01282 440500. 9 Marsden Online Changing your nominated bank account details .Select “Your Bank Account” on the left hand side on your home screen Click ‘delete’ to remove your current Nominated account Click ‘OK’ to confirm the nominated account removal. If you have any questions, get in touch with our Savings Team on 01282 440500. 10 Marsden Online Provide new Nominated Bank Account details and then click “Submit” . A Bank statement will now need to be provided to evidence the new account details . Account will be approved once evidence of your new nominated account has been received.
